[Lablgtk] Problem with module GtkPackProps

GtkPackProps is an internal module, which is not exported.
But the function is available in GtkPack.Box.
However, if you want to use lablgtk2 normally, you should just use the
pack method of GPack.box, with parameter ~from:`START.
